Overview

Aarjava FMS is an offline-first financial and operational record-keeping application provided by Aarjava Organics.
 

Information processed by the app

The app allows the user to enter financial transactions, account and asset information, party details, workforce attendance, payroll information, configuration masters and notes. This information is stored locally on the user’s device.
 

Data collection and tracking

Aarjava FMS does not transmit operational information to Aarjava Organics, does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not track users across apps or websites. Aarjava Organics does not collect app data through the release described by this policy.
 

Biometric authentication

The user may enable Face ID or Touch ID to unlock the app. Biometric matching is performed by iOS. Aarjava FMS does not receive, store or transmit biometric data.
 

Exports and sharing

Data leaves the app only when the user deliberately exports, copies, shares or emails information. Exported files are controlled by the user and may contain financial, workforce or other operational information. Users should review files before sharing them and store backups securely.
 

Data retention and deletion

Data remains on the device until the user edits or deletes records, resets applicable data, restores a backup, or removes the application. Removing the app may permanently remove its local data unless the user has retained an external backup.
 

Security

The app supports a local six-digit passcode and optional iOS biometric authentication. No method of local storage or transfer can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should maintain protected device access and securely stored backups.
 

Children

Aarjava FMS is an organizational financial and operational tool and is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the application’s data practices change. The effective date will be revised when a new policy is published.
